Tealited Tidbits and BoB Fund Drive Did you know that Tealited Tidbits is financially supported each year by the Best of Boards Fund Drive? It is! Tealited is supported with information contributed by you, the direct sales consultants. It's strongly supported by the Best of Boards Community, and goes hand in hand with BoB. Voluntary donations are made by consultants and visitors who have found BoB and/or Tealited to be helpful in their direct sales business. The annual fund drive takes place October 15 - November 15. You can show your support and be an active financial supporter of Tealited Tidbits and BoB by sending a small donation to the BoB Fund. You can do this securely online or by mailing a check. Hi everyone!  Boy, it's been a slow month for tealited but a really busy one for Best of Boards!  Are you all ready for conference?  I'm leaving Friday for my trip there and can't wait to see everyone. If we have never met, please come to the BoB Friday Nite Fling and look me up.  I'd love to meet you!  You can get all the details about Fling here on Best of Boards.  We'll be giving away TONS of prizes donated by the BoB Business Links so don't miss out!

Great new game idea!  Jean writes:  "At a party recently, my hostess came up with a Pictionary type game in which we used the fragrances of the candles. For instance for Strawberry-Rhubarb, the artist drew a strawberry which everyone got really quick. Then she was having problems with the Rhubarb & I suggested she draw something that would look like celery & they got it. It was loads of fun."
I just wanted to pass this on to all of you to try at your next show!  Thanks Jean!

It's HERE!  The All-In-One Fundraiser How-To Guide!  I have merged the Fundraiser Order Forms and Tally Sheets into one file.  It's a large Excel file - 1.4mb but it has every fundraiser form and tally sheet for each.  In addition - I've updated my Fundraiser How-To-Guide which includes a link to the new Excel all-in-one file as well as full instructions, examples, sample letters, what to put in your packets and more.  Special thanks to Laurie, Monica and Jeremiah for their contributions.  The separate files they have all submitted are still available if you prefer.

Steve has submitted a fantastic 31st Anniversary letter for all of you to share with your customers!  Copy and print as a letter or copy into your email program.   Download here or on the Organizational Tools page.

Thank you to Jeremiah G and Moni for updating the Fundraiser Forms to include the Spring Scents!  I have included both versions on the Fundraiser page since they are edited a little differently.  Jeremiah grouped the scents according to the colors.  He also updated the Fundraiser Tally Sheet.  Moni's are edited like the older ones we already had.  Both versions are great and now you have a choice!

Thank you to Tisha J for catching a typo on the Tulip Jar Fundraiser.  It had a total of $49 for 3 jars and should have been $48.  I corrected the xls and pdf files and they have now replaced the old ones.

Here's a GREAT TIP for all of you!  Print Steve's Scent Labels and wrap them around your votives so your guests can readily see what the scent is.  This also makes it easy to keep your sampler sorted and it's a great way for new consultants to keep their scents organized as they become familiar with the scents/colors.  Simply wrap the paper label around your votive and wrap tape all the way around to keep the label from peeling off.  Thanks Steve for the great tip!

Have you been waiting for doc and xls files to be posted in pdf format?  Your wait is over!  I just converted all Microsoft files submitted since Jan. 2004 to pdf format including fundraiser forms, games, flyers, etc.  Remember too, at the top of each download page there is a link to download a free "reader" for various MS files.
