Organization Tools

To open .doc files, you must have MS Word, or the Viewer  "View, print, and copy document contents to another program. However, you cannot edit an open document, save a document, or create a new document."
To open .xls files you must have MS Excel or the viewer. Viewer for Excel 2003   View, and print Excel workbooks or copy data to another program. However, you cannot edit data, save, or create a new workbook.
To open PDF files, you must have Adobe Acrobat, or the Viewer
HTML and .jpg files will open in your browser
To open a .zip file, you'll need an unzip utility like JustZIPIt  Free download
To open a Print Shop file, you must have The Print Shop program
To open a Publisher file, you must have the Publisher program

This form has a tax rate of 8.8%.  Change it to your tax rate before sending to your hostesses.  Be sure you edit the E31 cell formula too to reflect the correct tax rate.  Formula: =E30*8.8% (change the 8.8 to your tax rate)

Individual consultants can chart their progress. Remember - the more points you earn during "doubles months" and "sponsoring", the less you will need during Jan-Feb-Mar. The chart is flexible. Formulas can be added to the cells as needed.

            Julye Shore Note from Julye:  Any cell can be changed simply by clicking inside and typing in new info.   If someone does not have the H.S. line, they can replace that row with the Indulgences, or whatever they prefer.   I would advise printing these out on heavier paper such as card stock or glossy paper - it lasts longer.
